Webshop Tutorial

Welcome to the webshop help area, where we'll guide you through using the T4C Webshop!

1) Visit T4C.com and login using your username and password. If you have multiple accounts, make sure that you are logged into the correct one on which you want to purchase items.

2) Make sure that you have the Realmud Server Shield selected!

3) To access the WebShop your account must not be logged in-game.

4) Now you're logged in, you'll begin to see the paid features available to you. The way the WebShop works is that you'll be required to purchase T4C Gold to make purchases. Scroll down on your account page to purchase T4C Gold.

5) You can see how much T4C Gold is on your account on the top-right corner of the page.

 6) You can now click on the Shop button to view the Item Mall.

 7) Above the listed items, you will see categories. You can click any of these categories to filter the items on the page. In this example, we have clicked "Wings".

8) When you move your mouse over an item, you will see a popup that shows details about that item such as name, cost, and description. You will also see a Purchase button. Click this button to select the item and bring up the Transaction Overview screen.

9) On the Transaction overview screen, you will see all of the details of your purchase. Make sure to select the correct character on the dropdown and input any active coupon code before clicking "Complete"

 10) If you run into any issues, please submit a Support Ticket right away and select "Realmud Shop Purchases" as the category.
